sampled from brewery. full bodied brown color...maybe 85% black. light head and lacing. very sweet, malty aroma Maybe its the cask part, but this left a horrible taste in my mouth. VERY sweet and too malty with zero carbonation...it almost tasted flat to me.

Sampled at Upstream. Murky purplish-brown color with a small light-brown head. Aroma was like a sweet wine. Flavor starts out sweet, like a raisin and malt combination. Finish sour like certain wines. Much different flavor from the regular Dundee Scotch Ale.
