Sampled on 9/10/2011 at Beer Revolution. This wild ale pours a medium orange red color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cherry, tart, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are fruity, cherry, tart and funky. The hops are herbal. Lively carbonation. Nice tart/funky cherry flavors. Touch of dryness at the finish. Nice sour beer with good fruit flavors. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
