12oz bottle, big ‘ups’ to shrubber85 for shipping this to me because… he felt like it, pours with a clear mahogany ruby red amber body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up bourbon like booze, spicy oak, dusty oak and a mild molasses note. The taste delivers a pleasing malt and molasses like sweetness that slowly bleeds into bourbon booze and a growing spicy oakiness. The bourbon grows to midway as it picks up a light soft vanilla sensation amid a persistent oaky spiciness. Nice sipper where the barrel character is more forward than the beer. A bit more balance would be an improvement.

Bottle shared by Toby. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head, no lacing. Caramel, vanilla, oak. Ok
