Featured as one of the Top 25 Beers of 2013: BOURBON PEACH AMERICAN WILD ALE Unity Vibration Specialty Beer This whimsical reimagination of an American wild ale blurs the lines between kombucha tea and Belgian lambics. Fermented with a kombucha SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, including lactobacillus and Brettanomyces) and aged in oak bourbon casks with peaches, the funky, bubbly beer playfully balances sweet, fragrant fruit with vinegary tartness.

Really interesting wild ale. Color was a hazy light lime green. No carbonation and zero head. Minimal lace on the glass. Light citrus flavor that reminded me of a wine cooler. Initially I thought this ale was a miss but I slowly began to enjoy it.

A well priced wild ale with a unique twist. Pretty much everything I was hoping for. Light on bourbon and peach on the nose and heavy on the fermented vinegar. Flavor definitely more going on...peach, light bourbon and oak, definitely wild but not overpowering, the kombacha adding a unique herbal twist. Feel is tingly and really grew on me. ABV totally covered. I'll seek out some others from them.
