This session ale is aptly named. Beautiful amber color with a light nose, caramel flavors balance with subtle hops. "Temperant temperance is best. Intemperate temperance injures the cause of temperance, while temperant temperance helps in its fight against intemperant intemperance." - Mark Twain

Pours a dark translucent brown amber with a thick, fine-bubbled head thanks to nitrogenation. Aroma is malty and not remarkable. Smooth, malty flavor has a nice hoppy undertone, as well as hints of caramel and cloves. Nitrogen bubbling gives it a silky smoothness akin to properly poured Guinness, and it has a good edge going down.
