Intense sweet maltyness followed by generous hoppyness and finishing with warming alcohol and aromas of bourbon, vanilla and East Kent Goldings dry-hops. Not for the timid! Brewed almost a year ago and aged in Jack Daniel's casks, this special brew is to be enjoyed like a fine port or brandy after a meal or with desert.

Poured a ruby, brown color with a small, light tan head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, oak, caramel malts, and a dark fruitiness. Taste of cherry, raisins, sticky caramel malts, vanilla, bourbon, marshmellow, nuts, and an alcohol backbone.
