Taps hazy apricot with a thin pale buff head that leaves good lacing. Aroma delivers tart fruit, woody and subtle malty tones. Tart grapes come forth in the puckering flavor, accompanied by woody hop, malty, banana, apple and possibly cherry notes. Mouthfeel features good body and modest fizz. Vive les dames!

Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/10/2013. This sour ale pours a medium orange gold color from the bottle. Small to medium sized head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, funk and must. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and earthy. Decent carbonation. Kind of sweet, some peaches and apricots. Some wood. A touch dry especially at the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
