Our Barrel Aged Sour refermented on whole Montmorency Cherries, after months of bottle conditioning, is finally ready for enjoyment. Pouring a gorgeous, if we do say so ourselves, bright red due to the extended contact time on the skin of whole fruit, this one is both form and function. Bright fleshy cherry aromatics and flavor carry into a layered oak laden acidity, balancing out the fruit’s natural sweetness.
