TPS Report, Wild American Bretta. If you love the funky side of Belgium then you will love our TPS Report. The grain bill for this beer includes flaked oats and flaked wheat, and the recipe is flavored with tangerine and lemon zests. Fermented 100% with a very rare variety of Brettanomyces this beer is the funky funky farmhouse, wet wool, and heavy leather that we've all grown to love. Exceedingly aromatic, yet drinkable! Bottled once a year and triple fermented for authenticity. No printers or faxes were harmed in the making of this beer. GABF GOLD MEDAL 2009, Bronze 2012; 4.8% ABV; rare.

This one has lots of potential but falls a little short at the end. Murky straw color, wonderful bretty barnyard aroma. Bright and vibrant. Flavor is adequately sour and dry, and very citric, but the watery flat feel makes the flavor taper off drastically in the finish.

750 ml bottle, barrel TBB 106, bottle 1283 3/13. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a small fizzy white head that quickly goes to a small dusting.
The aroma is tart and funky with some brett, tropical fruits and flowers.
The flavor is lots of tart acidic sourness with some spices and a bit of iron. The mouthfeel is rather thin and watery with no carbonation.
Overall, an OK sour. Lots of acidic sourness, but very thin, watery, under-carbonated and simple.
