The second beer of our No Signal Series. Pouring a pale blush with a crisp white head, our Plum Sour is lightly kettle soured using a special lactobacillus blend. Notes of Italian Plum and tasty cereal malts dominate with balanced acidity and a slight lingering salinity from the use of Pink Himalayan salt.
