The bottle I bought was quite a fizzer, so have a thirsty towel - and plenty of patience - ready. Pours cloudy amber with a good persistent parchment head. Aroma presents crisp fresh malt, piney hops, fruity, butterscotch, and yes, a little eucalyptus. Flavor supplies rich fruity, piney, butterscotch, eucalyptus and fresh malt notes. Texture brings decent body and perky fizz (much of it must escaped while I was s-l-o-w-l-y opening the bottle to prevent a beer geyser). Tripel your pleasure, tripel your beer.
