A completely Connecticut Grown Wild Ale fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces , Saccharomyces, and our custom blended house culture. Its foundation is Connecticut grown barley complemented with Connecticut grown Triticale and Raw Buckwheat, all grown by Thrall Family Malt. Patiently maturing over the course of several months in stainless prior to spending another few months developing in bottles with fresh Brett, Screech is finally ready to share. It is light in body and acidity, but full of flavors of citrus, lemongrass, rye biscuit, with some subtle nutty undertones brought forth by buckwheat
