Tired Uncle's Fruit Basket is a series of beers that feature a common sour ale base with different combinations of fruits added on each batch. The first beer in this series is Passion-Mango-Tomato, a very refreshing and juicy ale with tons of passion fruit and mango pulp, rounded up with a touch of dried tomatoes that add some umami and softens the mouthfeel. Enjoy fresh!

Pours translucent apricot with a fair eggshell head. Aroma has tart stone and citrus fruit notes. Flavor presents tart and sweet citrus, peach, nectarine, a hint of tomato. Texture features nice body & peppy fizz. Enjoy this fruit basket (and remember tomatoes are technically fruit!)
