ENIAC is a Neo-Biere De Garde. Rye saison delicately spiced with cinnamon and cayenne pepper and fermented with our house saison yeast and then blended with sour ale that underwent extended aging in oak barrels. Almost lager like malt qualities with notes of membrillo, stone fruit, and a kiss of heat on the tongue. Delicate and thought provoking.
