Brewed in collaboration with the Porter Beer Bar, this very limited lacto-fermented sour balances beautifully against flavors of lavender and bergamot from the Earl Grey tea.

Taps hazy, somewhat translucent topaz with a fair eggshell head. Aroma presents fruity, hoppy - and yes, definite Earl Grey tea tones. Flavor nicely echoes the aroma, a little sweet, definitely beer, rather tart, some tea. I love tea! Mouthfeel features good body and lively fizz. Lordy, what a good beer.
