Taps hazy golden with a thick eggshell head that leaves good lacing. Strong aroma offers sour pear and apple, as well as lemon, fresh malt and yeasty notes. Flavor ramps up the citrus and tosses in a whisper of hops. Mouthfeel features firm body and subtle but lasting fizz. C’est formidable!
