Our Sour Asylum series of lacto-fermented sours releasing monthly has become a hit in the market and #5 will not disappoint. Pometheus is brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and matured on pomegranate. Known to ancient traders as the "fruit of paradise", the sacred pomegranate tartness and touch of sweetness meld beautifully with the existing tartness in this lacto-sour. Don’t miss out on the irresistible flavors of Pometheus.

Pours hazy grapefruit with a thick and frothy, though not long-lasting, parchment head. Aroma features sweet and tart pomegranate with berry and malty notes. Flavor provides tart and sweet pomegranate, fresh malt and zesty berries. Texture gives decent body and fair fizz. Don't take it for pome-granted.
