Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick, though ephemeral, eggshell head. Aroma features coriander, cloves, tart fruit, and a little malt. Flavor bursts with spice, especially cloves and coriander, but shares the gustatory stage with tart apple and fresh malt. Tartness is not overpowering, so you may pucker a little but your face won't do calisthenics. Mouthfeel presents good body, if not much fizz. A mouthful of delightfully tart fall.
