To commemorate our brewery’s 2nd anniversary celebration, Anniversarium II is brewed in the tradition of the great Belgian monastic tripels, but with our own unique interpretation. We used rye in the mash for an added spiciness to the predominately sweet malt flavors and ester notes characteristic of this classic Belgian-style ale.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Comes out of tap slightly hazy honey golden with a fairly thick eggshell head that leaves generous lacing. Fruity aroma, mainly pear and banana, has a sweet malty undertone and a hint of yeast. Flavor has banana, pear, yeast, malt, and subtle butterscotch tones, bold and refreshing. Mouthfeel has firm body and sturdy fizz. Happy anniversary, Three Taverns - and may you celebrate many more!
