Tasted at the Triple Rock Sour and Barrel Aged Fest on 2/13/2011. This sour/wild ale pours a medium to light amber color. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, tart and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal. Good lively carbonation. Nice balance. Mild to medium tartness throughout. Tartness tends to linger. Milder flavors. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
