    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

    Pours translucent mahogany with a nice buff head. Aroma features woody, boozy and toasted malt notes. Flavor yields resiny wood, toasted malt, clove and bourbon notes, rather sweet and a little bitter. Texture offers firm, viscous body and peppy fizz. Wednesday's beer is full of flavor.
