Style: Sour Saison ABV: 7.5% Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Acidulated, Vienna Hops: Fuggles, Glacier, Saaz A very tart saison. Primary fermentation with saison yeast, elderberries, and heather tips. Secondary fermentation in french oak port barrels with a lambic yeast. Very complex flavors, in a amber bodied saison, not for the faint of heart.
