Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours clear golden with a thick, fine-bubbled, persistent eggshell head. Aroma has strong fruity, yeasty and butterscotch notes. Flavor has all the notes of the aroma and tosses in some woody, slightly bitter hops. Firm, viscous texture has some decent fizz. Cage one, but be careful about getting too "corked"!
