Made the traditional way. We start by gently mashing the finest selection of pale, crystal, and roasted barley’s and introduce premium quality pride of ringwood hops into our copper kettle. We end up with dark sweet wort which by using the open fermentation process we achieve a full bodied, full flavoured dark beer that has an exceptional smooth finish.
