Dangerous Blonde is a triple style beer with a strong edge brewed in December 2004 and released for New Year 2005. It is brewed by De Struise Brouwers in the Caulier facilities exclusively for Ølbutikken in Copenhagen, Denmark. Only 140 bottles of this exclusive brew were released in numbered and sealed magnum bottles together with 5 kegs of 20 litres or a total of only 310 litres! A one time brew with a deep golden body and a white creamy head. Has a nose with a complexity of different aromas. The taste is a little bitter, sweet and fruity acidity with little to medium carbonation. The finish is almost endless with again a bitter, sweet and dry aftertaste.

Pours out in a hazy reddish amber colour with a frothy lasting white head. Quite sharp and alcoholic aroma of anise, mandarin, yeast and alcohol. Full-bodied and warming favour of orange-sweets, spices, pineapple, caramel and dense alcohol. Long rounded but still a bit hot finish of dried oranges, yeast, hay and unidentified spices. Well-made but still a bit alcoholic.

Bottled. Hazy pale yellow colour with small white foamy head. Aroma of citrus fruit and malts with some floral hints. Flavour is grassy, fruity and a bit yeasty. Alcohol is present as a warming element.
