Kleen (3,3 %) är en brittiskt inspirerad ale bryggd på ljus malt, mörk karamellmalt och lite svartmalt. Humlen är East Kent Golding och vi har även tillsatt lite av samma sorts humle i lagringstanken, så kallad torrhumling. Trots sin ringa alkoholstyrka har Kleen mycket smak och doft. Det är alltså en umgängesöl som man kan njuta många av.

Pours out in a hazy ruby brown colour with a small beige foam. Nuts, toasted malts and bright fresh grassy hops in the aroma. Rather light-bodied with notes of roasted malts, nuts with hints of orange-peels, leaves and mild spices. Dryish medium-bitter finish of nuts, leaves, chocolate-sauce and berries. Well done.
