Pours hazy apricot with a thick though not long-lasting porcelain head. Aroma offers sour pomme fruit and a little fresh malt. Flavor expands the aromas notes with more presence and adding some citrus character. It is more tart than sour, and slips in a little ginger and a hint of resiny hops. Mouthfeel presents fairly firm body and OK fizz. Catch the signals.
