Pours clear topaz with a thick buff head. Aroma starts with strong sweet vanilla and adds fresh malt as you close in. Flavor produces sweet vanilla, hoppy bitterness and fresh malt. Texture generates decent body and perky fizz, with some hoppy woodiness on the back end. Like a liquid scoop of French vanilla ice cream.
