In February 2020, we released a portion of a collaboration brewed with our buds at Rhinegeist. The remainder was transferred to Bourbon Barrels to age for the next 16 months. Throughout the aging process we decided to play to the strengths of the liquid go in a different direction for the treatment. Staying true to the cocktail inspiration of the original collab, this Old Ale was aged in Bourbon Barrels, then rested on vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and Korintje cinnamon. BARREL AGED CORDIALLY YOURS highlights warm, spiced cinnamon that is deepened by rich chocolate and vanilla complimented by the bourbon barrels

Pours dark chocolate with a thin buff head. Aroma adds cinnamon, roast malt and bourbon tones. Flavor generates cinnamon, roast malt, bourbon, a hint of wood. Texture furnishes nice body & lively fizz. Cordially yours.
