This collab with Definitive Brewing Company is inspired by the Tamarind Jarritos soda... JAMARIND is a sour ale brewed with vanilla, lactose, and real tamarind. Sweet, sour, fruity, savory; this beer truly mimics the OG Mexican soda. Due to use of real tamarind and vanilla beans there will be some particulate in the bottom of the cans. Feel free to either pour slowly and leave the sediment behind or roll gently prior to opening.
