Even though we use our Wild Azalea yeast and the same amount of hops and grain as in our Wild Azalea Saison, the Wild Azalea Tart is its own unique creature. By fermenting at a higher temperature, we encourage a slightly puckering, semi-sweet flavor with notes of apple cider, honey and spice. At 5%, it’s a refreshing and enjoyable beer, whether you usually drink ciders, white wine, or even mead.

Pours hazy apricot with a fairly thick eggshell head. Aroma delivers fruity and yeasty notes. Flavor echoes the aroma and tosses in some fresh malt. Firm body features good, strong fizz. Go wild!
