Pours hazy topaz with a thick and frothy, though not long-lasting, eggshell head. Aroma presents tart and sour pomme, tropical fruit and grape notes. Seriously sour flavor features tart fruit - pomme, grape and tropical - plus raw malt and a little bitter wood. Mouthfeel offers fair body and fizz. Go foederbier!
