Pours clear golden, minimal head. Aroma presents tart and sour pomme and stone fruit witha hoppy hint. Flavor has tart fruit, citrus and stone and a little pomme, slightly sweet with some piney hops. Texture yields fair body and perky fizz. Toast the centennial.
