    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pours barely translucent cola brown with a thick, if not lasting, tan head. Aroma delivers strong, tart cherry and rich earthy tones plus hints of roast malt and wood. Tart flavor features plenty of zesty dark fruit, mainly cherry (wonder why?), as well as grapefruit, toasted malt, oak and earthy tones. Unlike any other sour I have ever tried. Mouthfeel offers firm body, zippy fizz, and a fruity and woody finish. Just had to listen to the Police song while drinking this. Put on the sour beer, put on the sour beer!
