Clusterflies is our Farmhouse style ale aged in red wine oak barrels from Napa Valley. Brewed using the sour mash technique, our first release is refreshingly tart with hints of lemon and peppery spice. The oaky, dark fruit flavors from the once filled barrels adds a deep complexity of barrel aged flavors. Drink this farmhouse and things will surely be all right.

Pours hazy golden with a thick, though not long-lasting, porcelain head. Aroma delivers yeasty, fruity, wine, and subtle butterscotch and fresh malt notes. Flavor ramps up the wine-soaked wood tone and adds a fair amount of fruity sourness. Mouthfeel presents typical body and not much fizz, but it finishes crisp and satisfying. Fly this cluster, and cluster this fly!
