A Blend of Golden and Dark Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels With Raspberries, Wild Blueberries and Vanilla. What is simultaneous in one frame of reference will not necessarily be simultaneous in another. Simultaneity be damned! We managed to arrive at a unique point in time and space where a single experimental raspberry dark sour beer reached maturity as Wild Blue Yonder was ready for release. We held back a portion of the over-concentrated wild blueberry beer for this fortunate blend, and then used a touch of vanilla to lend a sweetness to this dessert-worthy Culture Club release!
