Brewed for GABS 2016. A tribute to ciders of centuries past, this has nearly 20 different heritage cider apple varieties that were blended and scratted (chopped) into a must. Then a 48 maceration period before it was hay-pressed and transferred into French oak where it underwent wild fermentation. The result is a riotous mouthful of orchard, oak, tannin and autumn.
