This lime lactose sour is a blend of both mash and kettle souring methods. Pilsner, wheat and acidulated malts bring a balance of pleasantly bready notes and an overall crisp grain profile. Flavours of citrus are accentuated by the addition of fresh lime juice/zest and raw coconut. The sun is shining, and we’ve finally been able to launch our first sour, Citrus Got Real!
