500ml bottle into pint glass. Served at room temperature. Pours a glorious bronze colour with a foamy white head. Some patchy lacing. Medium carbonation. Smell of caramel malt, pepper, and dark fruit. Slight zing, full body. Finish is bitter with touches of malt, dried fruit and alcohol. Late on there's some drying herbal mintiness. Late night sipper.
