Our Scottish Style Ale has a deep red burnished copper color with a sweet malty caramel flavor. It is medium in body and has a mild peat smoke aroma from the light smoked malt we used in the mash Brewed with 2-Row, Caramel 60L, Roasted Barley, Amber Malt and Peat Smoked Malt Hops: Willamette and East Kent Goldings 25 IBU’s 6.2% Alc./ vol.
