Co-fermented with our house ale strain and our unique Limberlost yeast, this year’s Limberlost was fermented in stainless steel vessels. Brewed in the Biere De Garde farmhouse style of Northern France, this year’s version is quite approachable with a malt-forward body, just a touch of barnyard funk and a slightly tart finish. It’s a can-conditioned, deceptively deep and contemplative beer, with its many layers revealing themselves on each sip.
