Pours a light hazed yellow gold .. . medium foam .. . huge sour presence, very clean and enjoyable .. . would love to try a couple of the others from this series! .. . what does he mean 'living in denial'?

Now I can say one of the most sour beers I’ve ever had came from Belg.......nope New Mexico! This was an amber color with a white head. The aroma kind of smells like lemon Pledge cleaner, barnyard, and some caramel notes. The flavor is REALLY sour with some raspberries and cider vinegar. The mouthfeel is kind of oily. Intense but I really liked it.
