Pours ruby color and a cloudy consistency and thin amount of foamy head that quickly dissipated and not much lacing. The aroma is malt, caramel and bread. The taste of caramel and malt up front with a touch of biscuit. The mouthfeel good amount of carbonation with a dry finish and medium bodied.

Bomber from a local brewer, rather nice ale in all regards. A good looking dark chestnut color with a foamy, khaki colored head and ample lacing. Looks great and smells nice and warming. Sweet and nutty malts with some toasted quality. Creamy and smooth, lighter in body than I prefer. Good clean finish with a nice malty sweetness that fades. Flavor is full of caramel and mixed nuts. Buttered toast with a faint hint of some chocolate malt. Hops are not detectable, but the beer is nicely balanced. Very nice Irish Ale, glad to see Youngstown being represented nicely.
