Sampled on 12/3/2011. This sour/wild ale pours a raspberry color from a 375ml bottle. Small to no head. The aroma is raspberry, malt and sweet. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity and very tart. Intense Raspberry flavors. Tart and not very sweet. Nice carbonation. The fruit flavors are balanced by a whole lot of tartness, Nice raspberry flavors. Amazing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart.
