This is our ode to lambic. A 100% spontaneously fermented beer aged for over a year in a fresh gin barrel. We added dried lavendar, grown from our micro-orchard, and lavendar blossom & local honey from Kallas Farms. It has a light, spritzy, natural carbonation. Proost!!!
