kinda simple and sweet, though it stays pretty true to the style. pretty easy going for a stronger beer. Lots of caramel, raisins, a little roast, minimal hops. A touch of spiciness as well, and a hint of astringency that takes away, just a little, from the otherwise nice beer. worth a collaboration? maybe not, but not bad.

It pours a dark copper and burnt-orange. The light-tan head fizzled down like cola to not much left. An aroma of cola, caramel malts, hops, raisins, oranges and citrus, licorace, and some spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of roasted caramel malts, hops, cola, orange and citrus, raisins, licorace, and alcohol and spiciness. Excellent .. and I love the sting to it...
