We created this variant of Ptart Ptarmigan by aging a wheat beer in wine barrels with a mixed sour culture, then adding a healthy dose of apricots and winegrapes to finish. The result is a moderate ptartness over a rounded sweet beer with a strong floral and rich ptapricot aromas
