Scottsdale/Arrowhead: This full-bodied amber ale is brewed solely with English pale and crystal malts. The mild toffee flavor is nicely balanced with the orange spiciness from the U.K. Kent Golding hops for a crisp, clean finish.

Medium red color with a moderate head, caramel, malt little hops - balanced. Thin texture to the pallette. Decent beer, but pretty standard fare - except for the light-body... didn't hold up very well for the type.

another fairly standard entry into this catergory, but it was pleasant enough. decent mix of malts and hops in the nose and flavor, just a little thin. decent overall.

Pours wiht an amber body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and malty with a slight caramel note and a little fruit. The flavor is slightly weak with some malt notes and a little more hop showing through. Medium bodied, smooth and dry.
