We brewed a big rich pale ale with Galaxy hops. Over the last 9 months, it has been slowly fermenting away in oak barrels with our custom blend of Brettanomyces yeasts. The result is a delightful combo of fruit forward brett character and hops, with a touch of oak and drying finish. It just might be our most complex beer yet.
