Born of the same brew, we proudly introduce Devil’s Backbone’s wild twin, WT3F?!. Even though it is forged from the same tripel wort, WT3F?! is a completely different beer. Instead of fermentation with our house Belgian strain, WT3F?! was fermented with a strain of Brettanomyces bruxellensis isolated from the microflora of a Belgian Lambic brewery. The uniqueness of this strain, and the nature of 100% Brettanomyces fermentation, are the reasons that WT3F?! is not as funky as one might expect. WT3F?! is more complex and finishes a bit drier than our Devil’s Backbone. WT3F?! can be enjoyed by itself, but it is also a great compliment to food, pairing especially well with a variety of cheeses. Take a walk on the wild side with WT3F?!!

Thanks for the freebie Jake! lovin the new Saucer!! .. pours a light gold .. really good head and lots of sticky lacing .. ummm, BrEtT!! .. lots of brett and delightful bitterness.. . really tasty brew! i could drain a few of these with ease! .. . . Consider the daffodil. And while you’re doing that, I’ll be over here, looking through your stuff..
